Mr. Darrell Antonio Manning was born on July 5, 1980 in Jackson, Mississippi to Ethel Mae Manning and the late Gregory Thronton Stewart. He was the oldest of his two siblings, David Stewart and La’Keisha Taylor.
Darrell accepted Christ at an early age. He attended Calloway High School and earned his GED his senior year.
Known for his lyrical flair, Darrell adopted the nickname “Treal,” a combination of truth and real. He loved music and found comfort in writing and rapping, inspired by the late 2Pac. He also had an old soul and loved listening to Michael Jackson, Otis Redding, Johnny Taylor, and others.
Darrell was blessed to father four children: Darian “DJ”, Davion “Chops”, Arissa "Tootie", and Aiyana "Nu Nu". One of his greatest joys in life was fatherhood.
